Daily Life Consultations (Where to get helpful information)
At the NIEF, we offer support in various languages to help international citizens get the information they need to deal with problems or worries they have with day-to-day matters. If language support is needed, please let us know in advance.
●Languages available: English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and French. A translation device is used for other languages.
●Where: The Niigata City International Exchange Foundation (CrossPal 2F) (tel: 025-225-2727 e-mail: kyokai@nief.or.jp)
●When: Monday–Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm
◆To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we prefer to do consultations by phone or e-mail.
